De SARO bain-marie LQ / BME2BA uit kooklijn 900 is de 800 mm brede uitvoering met een tank voor 1/1 + 2 x 1/3 GN tot 200 mm diep. Zo houd je meer componenten tegelijk warm aan de uitgifte.

RVS AISI 304, een veiligheidsthermostaat en Cool-Grip-knoppen maken het element geschikt voor dagelijks zwaar gebruik. Het open onderstel biedt opbergruimte voor bakken en voorraad.
