Deze SARO polyethyleen snijplank in blauw is volgens de HACCP-kleurcodering bestemd voor rauwe vis. Met 530 x 325 mm heeft hij exact het 1/1 GN-formaat.

De 18 mm dikke plank is aan twee kanten te gebruiken en mag in de vaatwasser tot 60 °C.
