Deze SARO polyethyleen snijplank in rood is volgens de HACCP-kleurcodering bestemd voor rauw vlees. Met 530 x 325 x 18 mm heeft hij het 1/1 GN-formaat.

De dikke plank is aan beide kanten te gebruiken en vaatwasserbestendig tot 60 °C.
