Description
De SARO DIG 7 is een heteluchtcombioven met bevochtiging voor 7 roosters in 1/1 GN of bakkerijformaat. De middenmaat in de DIG-serie: meer capaciteit dan de DIG 5, op hetzelfde grondvlak.
Digitale bediening met twee displays, voorverwarmfunctie en een autoreverse ventilator voor gelijkmatig bakken en garen tot +280 °C.
